Q. How long do I have to use my sessions?
A. 6 months.
Q. Do I have to come every week consecutively?
A. No, you can come whenever you can make it, you have 6 months to use your sessions.
Q. I’ve never done exercise before, do I have to be super fit before I join boot camp?
A. No! The hardest thing to do is start! Every exercise can be scaled to your fitness level and ability.
Q. Do I have to come to a minimum of sessions each week?
A. No, just whenever you can make it.
Q. Can I bring my children along?
Yes, as long as they can entertain themselves. We’re at the beach or near a playground most of the time, so most children are fine.
Q. What should I bring and wear to boot camp?
Bring a drink bottle, sweat towel and a good attitude :). Wear sports clothes or anything you feel comfortable in for exercising. Definitely suggest investing in a good quality pair of sport shoes too.
